Pelvic Health

Work towards optimizing your bladder, bowel and reproductive health and get back to enjoying the activities and life you love.

What is Pelvic Floor Therapy?

As pelvic floor physical therapists, we aim to normalize the conversation surrounding pelvic floor issues. Loss of urine or gas, painful sex, and “mommy tummy”; these are issues that so many women experience but that also have a solution. We use tools like manual therapy, education, mind-body healing, and specific exercises to target your particular condition. We integrate therapeutic pilates as a way to help your newfound strength carry over into the real world. We are also passionate about providing fertility support. We want you moving and loving your strong body.
